Part of his success probably has a lot to do with the public's fascination with the occult. The truth is what you believe. Many religions speak of life after death and reincarnation. Christ's words, 'I am always with you' are often interpreted as a someone never being abandoned by those who truly love them.

If the dead truly do speak, then how do they speak? Is it straight through others like in the movie 'Ghost' where Patrick Swayze uses Whoopi Goldberg as a vessel? Or maybe the dead speak as they do in 'Medium' or 'The Ghost Whisperer'? The ways in which citizen say the deceased have talked to them varies from someone to person. Some individuals say the dead talk to them in dreams. Others supposedly have received signs such as wind out of nowhere or a blessing when they need it most.

Today, ghost hunters use digital technology to detect the nearnessy of the after life. Some of these researchers have even claimed to article the voices of the dead. Real or unreal? I all the time ask my clients to help me make sense of the images, sounds, phrases, and especially the feelings and emotions that I receive when I act as a medium. Being a spiritual medium does not mean we know all the answers. In fact, it may be the reverse. We receive facts that often will make no sense to us, and yet, we share it with the client in the hope that it will make sense or have meaning. Normally it does, sometimes it does not. It's been my palpate that some of the 20 percent that Normally doesn't make sense is meant for a later time period. Often your guides in spirit will be giving you time to come "signposts" to watch out for.

Mediumship is one unique subject of psychic phenomena. A spiritual medium has the quality to characterize with discarnate entities and use their finely tuned senses to recognize the higher vibrations of the spirit world. Transportation in the middle of realms is done entirely straight through creating and sending vibrations and frequencies in the heart chakra, not straight through actual corporal voice (although sometimes I will hear unavoidable phrases in my mind). Mediumship is also a skill that can be tested and verified. As a Ph.D. Trained scientist, I can no ifs ands or buts appreciate that! There is sometimes a misconception that just because a man passes over to the Other Side, that means that this spirit is automatically enlightened. That is not necessarily the case. We often sustain our Earthly personalities for a while after passing, along with the unique quirks that make us individuals. The quirks can sometimes consist of the good (humor!) and the not so good (self-centeredness), depending on the evolution of the spirit. One of the things that any good medium must discern is who to listen to. A good spiritual medium will not take just anyone's guidance who happens to walk by in the Spirit World. Could you change when it as a matter of fact mattered? The odds are against all of us: 9 to 1. Nine out of ten would say, "Yes" to change but would die before changing. We say we want to change but do not, or cannot, carry straight through on the five stages that need to be under taken.

In November 2004, at Ibm's "Global Innovation Outlook" conference, farsighted thinkers from colse to the globe came together to find solutions to some as a matter of fact big problems.

Dr. Ray Levey told the practice that a relatively small percentage of the habitancy consumes the vast majority of the American health budget for diseases that by and large are behavioural - too much eating, drinking, smoking, stress and not enough exercise.

Dr Edward Miller was up next. He talked about patients whose heart complaint was so severe they had to undergo bypass surgery - a traumatic and costly procedure. • That accident is a fine motivator for change. But severe heart disease is the most serious of personal crises, and it does not motivate; neither does giving habitancy factual negative data about themselves or their business.

• That change is motivated by fear. This is not true as habitancy go into denial of the bad things that might happen to then and make senseless comparisons to confirm their opinion.

• Those facts will set us free. Our mental is guided by our own stories we create, not the facts. Logic does not motivate change in behaviour.

• That small gradual changes are all the time best to make and sustain. Investigate shows that radical, sweeping changes are often easier because they speedily yield benefits.

• That our brains come to be "hardwired" at about 30 ears old. Science has proved that our brains, if we keep them engaged, have splendid plasticity and growing potential until the day of our death.

Mental Frames. What is it about how our brains are wired that resists change so tenaciously? Why do we resist even what we know is in our vital interest?

Kotter has hit on a crucial insight: "Behaviour change happens mostly by speaking to people's feelings".

Unfortunately those who pride themselves in logical analytical notion - Universities and business schools, do not teach this concept.
