I found Sylvia Browne rather sexist although I know she is popular, James Van Praag rather depressing as his books are all about grief and Rosemary Altea other books were disappointing. So save your money and focus on the ones above.

2. Find a local healing class, man that knows about vigor healing and can teach you to clear your space. Hunt for Hands on healing classes. I would not necessarily recommend Reiki classes as the techniques interfere with your intuition. Reiki is great for teaching healing but not for becoming more psychic.

3. Learn to meditate, the best method I found was to rest in a darkened room with a blind fold and ear plugs. Relax, listen to your breathing and lose yourself in your breath. If your struggling look for a decent meditation cd.

4. Avoid anyone harmful entering your body such as smoke or alcohol as they interfere with your vigor force.

As your healing capability improves your psychic capability will improve, the above will also help you with remote viewing particularly point 4.

If you get good at it then get a reading from a decent psychic and see how your skill level compares.
